After purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle through the dealership, I was informed that it provided bumper-to-bumper coverage. It’s frustrating to find out, after spending a significant amount of money on the warranty and paying $100 each time to have issues diagnosed, that many of the problems are not covered as promised. We spoke with the manager, Andrew, who was willing to help resolve the situation. We negotiated a better price for the repairs, and I appreciate that they were willing to improve our experience.
I had a great experience buying a used Ford truck from West Motor Company. The service was excellent from start to finish. Wyatt, my salesperson, was extremely helpful—since I was coming from out of town (about a 2-hour drive), he sent me plenty of pictures and a detailed walk-around video so I could see the truck ahead of time.

This was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. In and out within an hour, Wyatt was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process. I don’t have perfect credit, and they worked a fair deal and it was affordable. My trade in value was more than fair. I would easily buy my future vehicles from here.

Friendly people good service. Had nice selection. Mason was great to work with. The truck I bought was great even though being older they had newer but wanted to go back to an older truck. Didn’t want the 25s or 24s. Drove 5 hrs to get and most of the stuff was done over the phone so when I showed up paper work just needed to be signed. Other then testing driving the truck and them test driving the trade in. Highly recommend them they were not pushy and mason was straight forward and honest.

Just want to say thank you for the great service! I had a problem with my truck at 4:30 on Thursday afternoon. Called Lin, the service manager and was told to bring it in as soon as I could get there. Arrived just before 5pm, truck was on the lift wihin 5 minutes and the problem found.
