I travelled from Colorado to look at a pickup because I trusted the sales person. There was a change in staffing at the last minute and I dealt with a different salesman. In the end, there was some confusion in our communication, but the manager made things right. I appreciate the integrity - a rare commodity in the car business.
After experiencing several bad experiences repairing my Jeep in Cache Valley, I decided to drive the extra 30 minutes and try West Motor in Preston. It was well worth the extra time driving! They were accurate in their wait time, precise in the estimate and the fixed what was wrong! I will ALWAYS be taking my Jeep there for all repairs.
They took my car in a couple hours later it was fine my windshield was in and oil change that i had asked them to do after the windshield. They have me a car to use while they worked on my car. I feel friends and family to go to west motor for there windshield repeat. Thanks

I bought a bronco raptor several months ago. I was just contacted by mail by a company stating west motor ford had not sold me the warranty I thought I bought. Shawn and Brandon over at west motor ford was eager to help me, returned my phone calls and took the time to talk to me. They pointed out it was fraudulent. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. I received a reply from Ty and some follow-up from Kam. Both were informative about the vehicle, pricing, trade value and purchasing options. There are many service shops minutes from my house but I drove an hour to go to these guys. They are honest, affordable and do great work. It's hard to find a great mechanic that can service older diesel engine trucks. I'm so glad my friend (who owns a dealership and uses these guys) told me about them.

These guys are so helpful! I needed some warranty work on the paint done, they got my car in quickly, did the work in just a couple days, and fixed a recall that I had while it was there. They kept communication with me the whole time, and it looks great. I would definitely recommend coming here!
